Franz Stein

This is Franz Stein, an OC character of mine. Imagine a Frankenstein assembled with parts of two bodybuilding twin brothers, Franz and Hanz Stein. Or what's left of them after an accident. The brain belongs to Franz, because there’s not much left of Hanz’s head. And yep, the name is a reference to SNL's Hanz and Franz.
